Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Beach Cities Laser Creations! We take pride in carefully preparing and shipping every order.
Shipping Rates
We believe in fair and transparent shipping. In some cases, we charge exactly what we pay for shipping. However, in most cases, we actually discount our shipping costs and absorb the difference ourselves — because we'd rather pass the savings on to you than mark up shipping as a profit center.
Delivery Times
Shipping time estimates are based on the actual ship date, not the date your order was placed. We want to be upfront: some orders require more time to package than others — particularly custom or engraved pieces — and may take a little longer before they're handed off to the carrier.
In most cases, orders are shipped the next business day after your order is placed. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey to you.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States. If you are located outside the US and are interested in placing an order, please contact us at info at beachcitieslaser dot com.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged take pictures of the package and any damage and notify the shipper to file a claim. If the item is lost file a lost shipment claim with the shipper if you have not received your package 7 days after your expected delivery date. Please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
