Shipping Costs

We believe in fair and transparent shipping. In some cases, we charge exactly what we pay for shipping. However, in most cases, we actually discount our shipping costs and absorb the difference ourselves — because we'd rather pass the savings on to you than mark up shipping as a profit center.

Shipping Timeframes

Shipping time estimates are based on the actual ship date, not the date your order was placed. We want to be upfront: some orders require more time to package than others and may take a little longer before they're handed off to the carrier.

In most cases, orders are shipped the next business day after your order is placed. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey to you.
